Challenge#190 at 613 Avenue Create

We had a beautiful Spring Day yesterday, just in time to celebrate our 2yr granddaughter's birthday and today and most of next week are going to be very wet and windy. Lots of flooding waterways around the city and some of the outlying country areas are being flooded with loss of crops, damage to roads and trees etc. Some people have also had their homes flooded as well. This will be the second time in two weeks that the weather will be bad!
Our Daylight Saving started at 2 a.m this morning when we lost an hours sleep! When I went to church there were quite a few people missing. I think some of them didn't change their clocks, lol. One man who was supposed to do a bible reading came in the last 10 mins of the service, thinking he was 10 mins early!!!
Anyway, no time for more chit, chat, as I want to share my newest DT card with you for the new challenge that started today at 613 Avenue Create. We are an Anything Goes challenge blog with an Optional Twist. The twist this month is to use Green and Gold in your design.
Our sponsors are: Bugaboo Stamps, Eureka Stamps, Lacy Sunshine Stamps, Melonheadz Illustrating, Oddball Art Stamp Co, Ppinky Dolls, Sami Stamps and Toadstool Printables.
Here is my creation using an image from Toadstool Printables.

Recipe:
SU Green cardstock (not sure which one as I've lost the packaging)
Shimmery Gold cardstock for matte and diecuts
DP from a book of papers I bought from the newsagent (no cover)
Image is from Toadstool Printables ~ Big Eyed Girl
Sentiment is from Avery Elle Dies - Sentimental
Spellbinders Die ~ Label Thirty-Four and Gold Labels Thirty-Four (combined them and then cut)
Die-namics Die - Stitched Squares
Copic Markers
Enamel Dots ~ The Craft Stall
D/S tape roller, Tacky Glue and Foam Dots

Come and see what the rest of my teamies have made and drop off a creation. We would love to see your makes!
Thanks for stopping by,
Take Care,
Hugs, Sandy

  1. Hey Sandy! A lovely take on the twist! I love the blending you have done with her hair and the combo of mats and die cuts make a beautiful frame for her!
